You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be unworn and unused, with tags, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Start a return by emailing support@tiebenon.com. Items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, Tie Benon confirms whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a little longer to post it.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
